We seek our clients in profitable and growing their fixed income. investing heavily through this expansion we are seeking a senior hands on fixed income project manager to take a key role on the office. Your role will involve leading business critical technology programs for the fixed income business (focus on interest rate derivatives) and this will span gathering requirements, planning, budgeting and communicating with teams across trading, infrastructure and support. This is a fast paced and dynamic trading team and you will need to bring strong knowledge of the business and ideally experience in the following area; Genesis financial solution has a great reputation for having a solid fixed income business and a strong commitment to technology and the compensation, bonus potential and benefits will be great.

Key Responsibilities for Fixed Income Projects

Manage key IT/tech projects for the Fixed Income Trading Business

Work closely with front office traders, infrastructure and support

Report to senior business heads in office

Planning, budgeting, support

Analyze complex workflow methodologies
